At The Law Offices of Cowan & Brady, we practice solely in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, representing clients in bankruptcy courts and other federal courts in California.

Dennis K. Cowan graduated from Yale University in 1961 and Stanford University Law School in 1964, and he has practiced law in California since graduation. Starting in a Redding, Calif., general civil, business and trial law firm in 1965, Mr. Cowan has years of experience in fields emphasizing consumer, business and commercial problems. Now, he has made bankruptcy and insolvency law his sole areas of practice.

David Brady has been practicing law since 1976. He graduated from the University of San Francisco in that year and has since practiced law in various specialties, finally concentrating on bankruptcy since 2007. He has lived and practiced in Shasta County since 1981.

Because of their broad and diverse practice experience. they are in a unique position to advise you on how your bankruptcy will affect other legal areas, such as divorce and support, estate planning and wills, and business and corporate transactions.
